Direction Of Jelly Custard

Step 1.

jelly mix

Firstly gather all the ingredients. Make your jelly according to the given instructions. Because jelly recipes may vary from brand to brand.

I follow the package instructions to make a jelly. Mix the jelly mix in a bowl boil 500 gm of water and leave it for a minute. Pour the boiled water into the jelly mix bowl and whisk it nicely.

Pour the jelly mixture into a dessert glass, but only fill it halfway. We’re leaving space because we’ll be adding custard too. Leave the dessert glass at room temperature for 45 minutes and it will set.

Step 2.

It’s time to make your custard. Boil 500 gm of milk in a pan then add 5 tablespoons of sugar and stir properly. You can adjust the level of sugar according to your taste. Personally, I don’t like overly sweet desserts. Then add 1/4 of custard powder and stir until it thickens.

Step 3.

When the custard starts to thicken. Off your flame when it gets a nice thick consistency. Pour in bowl add your cuts fruit and stir nicely to combine. Pour your custard into a dessert glass at the top of the jelly. Put it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Top it with your favorite fruit and serve.

You can even create individual servings in stylish glass jars for a charming touch.

Garnish the top with fruits or chopped jelly. You can choose your favorite fruit.

Storing

Having any leftover custard jelly is a rare scenario because they are just too good. But, hey, if you find yourself with a surplus or you’re planning, here are some top-notch storage tips:

To Store

After relishing your custard jelly goodness, allow it to cool down. Then, pop it into an air-tight container – that’s the custard jelly’s cozy home.

Slide it into the fridge, and it’ll happily hang out there for a glorious 2 to 3 days.

To Freeze

Imagine having a stash of custard jelly ready to go anytime! If you want to freeze the joy, transfer your cooled custard jelly into a freezer-safe zip-top bag.

Seal it up, and into the freezer it goes. It can stay frozen and fantastic for up to 3 months.

To Reheat

Craving the lusciousness of your custard jelly after freezing? No worries! Let it thaw gracefully in the fridge overnight. When it’s time to bring it back to life, there are a couple of options.

You can use it for the classic microwave dance – reheat it in 30-second bursts until it’s just the right kind of warm hug.

Alternatively, if you’re feeling a bit fancy, enlist the air fryer. Set it to 380 degrees, let it dance for 2 to 4 minutes, and voilà – your custard jelly is back.
