Vanilla essence adds a nice fragrance and subtle vanilla flavor that enhances the overall taste.
It’s a luscious blend of fresh fruits, silky whipped cream, and a hint of vanilla essence.
Tips For Making Perfect Fruit Cream
I have used vanilla essence for flavoring but if you don’t like the vanilla essence or there is unavailability you can use rose water or orange zest for a citrus taste.
If you use rose water, use some drops because a little goes a long way, and too much can throw off the balance of flavors.
Select the fruit of your choice. Avoid adding citrus fruits like oranges or watery fruits like watermelon as they release water that will affect the texture of the dish.
The key is to cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces, ensuring each spoonful is a delightful mix of textures and tastes.
